Who we are and what we do

Chin International is a hospitality company that offers a range of tailored services to help clients achieve their goals and provide the best guest experience. We have over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, working for brands like Revolution, Be At One, and Hilton Hotel, as well as bars, festivals, weddings, hotels, and more.

We started in 2021, after witnessing the difficulties of working with agencies in the hospitality industry. We saw the following problems that clients faced:
1, Lack of consistency for providing familiar staff at one site
2, Lack of experienced and naturally gifted staff
3, Overpriced staff for the quality of work and value for money
4, Lack of quality and creativity that customers wanted to experience
5, Lack of training and support for staff and managers

Our founder and company director created Chin International with the vision of solving these problems and fulfilling our clients' desires with bespoke hospitality services, such as staffing solution services, hospitality consultancy, hospitality training programmes, luxury beverage experiences, hospitality equipment hire, and hospitality job opportunities. We work with our clients as a partner and a best friend, and we represent them to the highest standard.

For example, Hilton Bankside used to have a variety of agencies that provided team leaders for their banqueting events, but for over two years, we have successfully implemented a team leader talent pool of familiar faces that work with the events manager for all banqueting events, VIP events, and company directors.

How long does it take to see results from the Hospitality Training Programmes?

The duration and outcome of the Hospitality Training Programmes depend on the level and type of training you choose. We have three levels of training: Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level covers a different set of skills, knowledge, and competencies. We also have three types of training: Online, Onsite, and Blended.
