Compliance process

We take compliance very seriously and ensure that all aspects of our operation are in line with the relevant laws and regulations. Our compliance operation covers the following areas:

Partners
We work with Peninsula, a leading HR and health and safety consultancy, to create a robust structure for our candidate onboarding, including right to work checks, certified training, GDPR compliance, and payroll administration.
Right to work
We verify the right to work status of every candidate who works with us by using software that scans and validates their original documents, in accordance with the Home Office guidelines. The software can detect any fraudulent documents and protect us and our clients from any legal risks.
FIQ training
We offer our own training course to all our candidates, giving them the opportunity to access hospitality qualifications. At a minimum, all team leaders, wine waiters and bartenders will complete the FIQ Foundation qualification, which can be achieved at pass, merit, or distinction level.
Payroll
We have a dedicated in-house team that manages all our payroll activities and ensures that all candidates are paid in accordance with HMRC requirements. All candidates who qualify will be automatically enrolled onto our pension scheme. We pay fairly and above the industry average and comply with the National Living Wage.
GDPR
We respect the data privacy and security of our candidates and clients, and we have invested in the best practices and technologies to process and store data safely. We follow the GDPR principles and only collect, use, and share data for legitimate purposes and with consent.
Our recruitment process

Chin International is an accredited provider of the IQH Qualification, a hospitality foundation course that demonstrates knowledge, competence and professionalism in the hospitality sector. The IQH Qualification covers a range of topics, such as Team Leader, Bartender and Wine waiter service. You will be graded from a range of different levels which will clarify your current role knowledgeability.
